Privacy policy

Through the request form: your name, contact (phone, Telegram or email), optionally a company name (for business requests), a comment, the services you mark, the destination, tour or offering, plus the interface language and the page the request was sent from.

Technical link data: UTM tags, if you arrived via an advertising or partner link.

We do not collect passports, scans, statements or payment details through the site. Such documents are handled via separate secure channels off the site.

The data is needed to contact you and handle your request: clarify details, put together a program and services, and answer your questions.

The basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form. Without consent the form is not submitted.

A notification of your request goes to our manager on Telegram and contains your name, contact, selected services, destination and the request page. Attachments and documents are not included.

Data is stored in our database; the site is hosted with a hosting provider. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

We use only technical cookies: the saved theme, the chosen display currency, and your favorites and comparison lists. UTM tags are taken from the link address.

There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

We keep request data for the duration of work on your request and a reasonable period after, so we can return to the discussion if needed. On your request we delete data sooner.

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, contact us via the details on the Contacts page.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
