Grand Life Concierge is built around a simple model: the VIP tour is the entry point, while the main value lies in the related services (housing, banking support, residency, relocation, cross-border trade, investment matters). We act as a coordinator: we help prepare documents, select specialist partners and support you along the way.

A request left on the site is not an offer or a contract and does not oblige you to anything. The terms of a specific service are agreed separately before work begins.

The tour is a paid service. Booking is made with a deposit; cancellation and rescheduling are by arrangement. The exact payment terms, deposit amount and refund procedure are shared at booking.

Prices on the site are indicative and shown as 'from …'. The final cost is calculated for your specific request, group size and dates.

For bank accounts, residency permits, cross-border payments and investment matters, the final decision rests with the bank, a government authority or an authorized organization. We prepare documents and provide support, but do not guarantee approval, timelines or returns, and do not give personal investment advice.

Regulated actions are carried out by specialist partners in their own name; client due-diligence procedures may be required.

We act in good faith and within reasonable limits. We are not responsible for the decisions of third parties (banks, government authorities) or for force-majeure circumstances.

The site's materials belong to the service and rights holders. Photographs are illustrative.

Disputes are resolved by negotiation; the governing law and jurisdiction are set out in the agreement for the specific service.
